    Margaret Ann has been a care home manager for over 30 years, she takes great pride in supporting both residents and staff to a very high standard. Margaret has excellent interpersonal skills and is extremely patient, caring and resilient. Encouraging staff to learn and grow their skills and experience, which results in improved person centred care for the communities in our care home. As a home manager, we are supported and encouraged to grow and be the best we can be.

She is very passionate about providing meaningful activities that the residents enjoy and want to participate in, from arts and crafts, to performing in our own pantomime the list is not exhaustive. Julie is here to listen to the residents and facilitate their wants and wishes to the best of her abilities liaising with staff and families to gain their support and commitment to make things happen.

    John has many skills and experience on all areas of maintaining a care home, he strives to ensure that all legislation and good practice is implemented, taking pride in completing this in a detailed and accurate manner. John enjoys chatting to the residents and completing tasks to make their stay more personal and their rooms individual to them. He also likes to be apart of the activities and support the team with any task they require, building sets, driving and ensuring that we work as part of the team.
