A Lovely Afternoon At Drummond Castle Gardens

This afternoon, we took Peter and his wife to Drummond Castle Gardens for a lovely afternoon out. Peter used to work for the council and told us that he built some of the stone pillars at the gardens, which he thinks was more than 30 years ago. While we were there, we spent time exploring the stunning gardens and trying to find the pillars that Peter had helped build all those years ago.
It was lovely to see Peter looking back on this part of his working life and sharing the experience with his wife and our team. During our visit, we were also treated to a performance by the Comrie Pipe Band. They were fantastic and added to the atmosphere of the afternoon.

We also bumped into Lucy and her Clydesdale horses, which was another lovely part of our visit.
It was a wonderful afternoon spent enjoying the gardens, listening to the pipe band and helping Peter reconnect with a part of his past. We were pleased to share the experience with Peter and his wife and enjoy such a memorable afternoon together.
