Oakbank Oscars 2026: A Glamorous Celebration Of Community Achievements

On Monday the 6th April Oakbank hosted its much-anticipated Oscars 2026, a glamorous event celebrating its residents. Each attendee was personally escorted to the venue by Aidan, Priya and Linda, creating a warm and welcoming start to the occasion. On arrival, residents were met by paparazzi Pam, who captured their red carpet moments as they made their entrance.

Guests were presented with an Oscar-worthy garland, setting the tone for an afternoon of celebration and class - giving it that old school classic Hollywood feel. Prosecco was poured, adding a touch of sparkle as the event got underway. Hostess Julie kept everyone entertained, announcing the award winners with plenty of humour along the way. Categories included Top Walker, The Perfect Gentleman, Best Cheese Lover, Most Handbags, Most Sociable and Top Quizzer, among others.
